Job Description

Header Overview Join our dynamic legal team as an Experienced Estate Paralegal and play a vital role in managing probate matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on probate and estate administration. This position requires experience and knowledge with handling Estates. Applicants can apply for either a full-time or part-time role. Duties Support estate administration by coordinating probate processes, filing necessary court documents, and communicating with clients regarding case status. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, courts, vendors, or other stakeholders; provide executive administrative support as needed. Assist with data entry, filing, transcription, proofreading, and other clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Experience Proven paralegal experience within a law office setting specializing in probate. Strong knowledge and familiarity with probate processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; capable of proofreading and transcription tasks accurately. Effective interviewing skills for client intake and witness interviews; professional phone etiquette essential for client interactions. Clerical experience including data entry, filing systems management, document review, and administrative support functions.
