Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Litigation Administrative Assistant to join our litigation team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the legal field. No prior legal assistant or law firm experience is required - we will provide comprehensive training.

This role is purely administrative and focuses on supporting our attorneys and paralegals with the day-to-day operational and clerical needs of active litigation cases.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the litigation teamPrepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic case filesScan, copy, file, and organize legal documents and correspondenceSchedule appointments, depositions, mediations, and court appearancesManage attorney calendars and deadlines using case management softwareDraft and proofread basic correspondence, memos, and routine legal documentsCoordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendorsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesOrder office supplies and manage litigation-specific materialsAssist with trial preparation (binders, exhibits, document organization)Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in case management systemsAnswer phones and direct calls professionallySupport other administrative tasks as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Ability to learn new software programs quicklyBenefits401k MatchHealthDentalVisionPTO
