We currently have an opening for a Case Manager or Paralegal on our Employment Team. Position Summary We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through and a thorough understanding of legal processes. Our paralegals work directly with assigned attorneys, providing valuable support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support assigned attorneys. Interview clients and witnesses to gather case facts and documents. Review and analyze records; secure necessary documents. Assist in developing settlements, drafting documents, and preparing correspondence. Manage case files, ensuring accurate and prompt updates in electronic systems. Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and authorized third parties. Perform additional duties as assigned by attorneys.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to work overtime and occasional travel (rarely required).
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal or case manager experience. Employment litigation experience is a plus. #HireFinder #
