Full-time, in-office role in Yardley, PA (benefit eligible).

Must have 2+ years of law firm or litigation experience and strong court filing/e-filing proficiency. Job Description Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, reports, and client correspondence Perform legal research and summarize findings clearly for attorneys Prepare exhibits, chronologies, document summaries, and hearing/trial prep materials E-file in state and federal courts; coordinate with courts on filings and scheduling Organize and maintain electronic case files to firm/client guidelines Track deadlines, manage calendars/dockets, and help ensure nothing slips Support client reporting requirements and litigation document organization Reconcile attorney expenses and coordinate with accounting for proper billing Occasionally assist with travel/logistics and other high-level administrative support Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in a law firm or litigation environment Strong understanding of court procedures and e-filing systems (state + federal) Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills Able to handle substantive work independently and manage multiple deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
