Business Immigration Paralegal - (Remote) An established law firm is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join their team! This position is fully remote , full-time, offers excellent benefits, and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience , preferably with PERM matters . This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of employment-based immigration cases while working independently in a remote environment. Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

Job Duties:

Prepare and file employment- and family-based immigration petitions and applications, including PERM, I-140s, and NIV filings Gather, organize, and maintain supporting documentation and case materials Draft forms, correspondence, and supporting statements for attorney review Communicate with clients, employers, and government agencies as needed Track case progress and manage deadlines using immigration case management systems Work closely with attorneys and supervising paralegals to ensure timely and accurate filings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience (PERM experience strongly preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision High proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems Salary range: $65k-$80k, depending on experience.
