Estate Planning Paralegal (Remote) Career Headhunter LLC - On behalf of Estate Mentors About the Company Estate Mentors is a modern estate planning firm focused on making estate planning simple, accessible, and fully implemented. Through a combination of technology, education, and attorney-supported services, the company helps families protect their assets and build lasting legacies. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal who thrives in a client-facing, consultative role . This is a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with client education and relationship management in a fully remote environment. You will guide clients through the estate planning process—from initial consultation through document completion and trust funding—ensuring every plan is fully implemented. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on estate planning (wills, trusts, asset protection) Conduct client consultations and guide package selection Draft estate planning documents using platforms like WealthCounsel or Decision Vault Assist clients through intake, execution, and trust funding Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Address objections and reinforce the value of estate planning services Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of plans Qualifications 3+ years in estate planning, probate, or elder law Experience drafting wills, trusts, and related documents Strong phone and virtual communication skills Experience with estate planning software (WealthCounsel, Estate Guru, Decision Vault, etc.) Ability to manage multiple clients independently Client-facing or consultative experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule Base Pay:
$20/hour
Incentives:
Uncapped performance-based bonus structure
Schedule:
Full-time, flexible hours based on client appointments
Pay Cycle:
