well-established Tampa Bay law firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to manage a busy commercial foreclosure caseload. This is a hands-on role supporting attorneys across all phases of creditors' rights and foreclosure proceedings throughout Florida state courts. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Correspond with clients and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate hearings, deadlines, and case schedules Interface with state courts throughout Florida Prepare and file court documents Manage case files and maintain accurate case records Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial foreclosure proceedings Qualifications Prior experience handling commercial foreclosure matters required Knowledge of Florida state court systems and filing requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation preferred or willingness to pursue certification A bit about us: - A leading Tampa Bay law firm with over 50 years of history and 100+ attorneys practicing across multiple disciplines.
