Responsibilities of Role:

Draft, review, and redline standard operating agreements, including healthcare professional and dealer agreementsCustomize pre-approved templates by inputting key details such as names, addresses, rates, and territoriesConduct basic contract negotiations related to territories and regional termsEnsure accuracy in contract language, formatting, and rate structuresManage legal billing using LegalTracker softwarePartner with internal teams to support contract workflows and ensure timely execution
