- Full-time National Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is looking for experienced Litigation Legal Assistants to join their downtown PHILLY office.

three (3) years experience as an Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistant in PA- Salary is $65,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience).
Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
E-File Pleadings Transcribing Dictation Supporting a minimum of two attorneys Preparing cases for trial (compiling exhibits, complying with trial orders, etc.) Reviewing documents for time sensitive information. Maintain Attorneys' Calendars Calendaring, maintaining electronic tickler system. Managing deadlines, profiling documents, file maintenance/organization. Scheduling client meetings, depositions; hearings; and mediations Billing attorney timeBENEFITS
