This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model (4 days in office/1 day remote). The Paralegal's responsibilities include: Provides skilled, proactive support to assigned employment and labor relations attorneys, and others, on occasion Prepares and reviews documents, letters and memoranda according to Firm standards using word processing and document management systems and software Accurately proofreads and edits documents Independently performs administrative duties such as managing and maintaining attorney schedules and calendars; proofing, editing and releasing attorney time entries; registering, calendaring and reporting CLEs; assisting with management of client contacts, emails, and print documents; processing mail; requesting and following up on reimbursements; and other related tasks E-files in state and federal courts Supports the billing process Creates, maintains, and retires files in accordance with Firm's Information Governance Policy Reviews attorney emails and saves to correct client file as requested Exhibits outstanding client service orientation in greeting guests, scheduling meetings, and contacting, supporting and interacting with clients Displays strong attention to detail Responds to requests with a sense of urgency and effectively prioritizes work Demonstrates flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities Maintains confidentiality of matters and information Clearly communicates in a concise, professional manner
Qualifications:
