To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill Legal is hiring a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys within a busy litigation practice. This role serves as a key operational partner, managing workflow execution, cross-functional coordination, and high-level administrative support to help attorneys focus on client service and legal strategy. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and delivering excellent client service. This is an onsite role with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office per week. Key Responsibilities Manage attorney workflow from start to finish by prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate new matter intake, conflicts checks, billing support, and other operational processes to keep matters moving efficiently. Provide high-level administrative support, including inbox management, scheduling, travel coordination, and client communication. Prepare and manage legal documents, maintain organized workflows, and identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of high-level professional support experience and 3+ years of legal support experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and comfort using technology, automation, and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle highly confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
