This is a direct hire opportunity offering a blend of legal administrative support, office operations, and paralegal-level responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple attorneys. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting and managing correspondence Prepare, file, and track legal documents with courts and other entities, including e-filing Manage and coordinate Outlook calendars, including scheduling court dates, client meetings, and deadlines Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel regarding scheduling and case updates Open and maintain files using Tabs billing system and Worldox document management system Support office operations by assisting the Office Administrator with day-to-day administrative tasks Provide paralegal-level support on billable tasks as needed Maintain organized case files and ensure accuracy of documentation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in legal administration or legal secretary work within a litigation environment Experience with e-filing, Outlook calendar management, Tabs, and Worldox strongly preferred Prior paralegal experience is highly desired Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Details Full-time, non-exempt position

Location:
