Job Description

National Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is looking for experienced Litigation Legal Assistants to join their downtown MIAMI office. Should have experience with Bodily Injury or General Liability litigation. Will also consider those with Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience. This is an

position to start; however, you can work from home ONE (1) day per week after a 60-day probationary period. •Ideal candidates will have
AT LEAST
three (3) years experience as an Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Assistant in FL•We handle the defense of car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, construction accidents and other catastrophic injuries in FL.
Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
E-File Pleadings Transcribing Dictation Supporting a minimum of two attorneys Preparing cases for trial (compiling exhibits, complying with trial orders, etc.) Reviewing documents for time sensitive information. Maintain Attorneys' Calendars Calendaring, maintaining electronic tickler system. Managing deadlines, profiling documents, file maintenance/organization. Scheduling client meetings, depositions; hearings; and mediations Billing attorney time
