Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A national law firm has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in their Miami office. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manage multiple complex litigation matters simultaneously. Assist with all aspects of trial preparation and logistics, administrative/case management, client reporting, expert retention, and client communication. Monitor case filings and provide detailed assessments to attorneys. Draft and prepare initial drafts of various pre-trial motions, dispositive motions, motions in limine, and other pre-trial pleadings. Review and evaluate discovery documents including medical records, sales documents, employment records, and other case material. Compose case assessments and evaluations for review by associates and partners. Contemporaneous accounting and submission of personal billable time. Attendance at trials assisting trial team with all trial related matters. Competitive benefits and salary as well as a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
