We handle fast-paced, detail-driven litigation with an emphasis on accountability, thoughtful client service, and continuous improvement. We're a small, collaborative team that values efficiency, clear communication, and getting the details right. The main areas of focus for the paralegal position include: Drafting, proofreading, filing, and serving legal documents Calculating, calendaring, and monitoring deadlines Supporting discovery, including client and third-party records Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and vendors Assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation The role is primarily in-office in downtown Portland with occasional remote flexibility.
Requirements:
3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience Strong working knowledge of Oregon state and federal court rules and procedures Litigation experience (employment law experience is preferred but not necessary) Familiarity with filing requirements, service rules, and subpoena practice Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management Clear, professional communication skills Compensation & Benefits $65,000-82,000 dependent on experience Significant bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO + paid holidays Retirement benefits with profit share Cell phone reimbursement The job will close on June 29, 2026.
