We have offices in Seattle and Spokane and handle cases throughout the Pacific Northwest. We've been helping people for almost 30 years. Most of our cases involve motorcycle, bicycle and auto collisions. But we've recovered money damages for people who have been hurt in just about every conceivable way. Job Description Your responsibilities will include: Conducting client interviews and gathering case information Participating in all phases of litigation including discovery, trial preparation and trial Assisting in the preparation of written discovery, demand letters and motions Noting, filing and serving motions Managing, organizing and ordering clients' medical records Communicating with clients, insurance companies and opposing counsel Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience with personal injury litigation (on either the plaintiffs' side or defense side) and have familiarity with court filing procedures. This is a remote position but the candidate must reside in the Inland Northwest.
