About Us We are a respected small litigation firm located in Concord, New Hampshire, representing individuals, businesses, municipalities and insurers in a wide range of civil litigation matters. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support a partner. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of civil litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlines. Organize and analyze medical, employment, business, and other evidentiary records independently. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, courts, and witnesses. Utilize litigation support software and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and case management. Qualifications Prior paralegal experience in civil litigation preferred. Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Interest in and aptitude for learning and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-assisted research, document review, and workflow tools. $53,745.31 - $62,725.54 per year
