Job Description Support attorneys through all phases of complex civil litigation from case inception through trial. Manage discovery, document review, and document productions. Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence. Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files. Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other legal research tools. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, legal research, and brief organization. Maintain litigation calendars and monitor critical court deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and litigation vendors. Organize case files and provide proactive litigation support in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 3+ years of civil litigation defense paralegal experience. Experience supporting litigation in a law firm. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and trial preparation. Bachelor's degree preferred. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
