Full Job Description Mass Tort Trial Litigation Paralegal Location:
Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary:
$30-$40/hour (approx. $83K; DOE)
Schedule:
Full-time | No billable requirement A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Trial Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes civil litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on trial experience who can manage pre-trial and trial deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Why This Role? Fully remote with national flexibility Direct trial involvement (not just pre-lit support) No billable hour requirement High-impact cases with strong attorney collaboration Travel opportunities for trial work Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage pre-trial submissions (motions in limine, trial briefs, filings) Draft and format jury instructions, TOC/TOA, and complex legal documents Build and organize trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials Provide hands-on trial support (hot seat, courtroom logistics, jury prep) Coordinate expert witnesses and trial logistics Manage filings (state and federal) and track deadlines Support discovery, document organization, and case management Required Qualifications 4+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff-side required) Strong trial experience required (jury instructions, pre-trial filings, trial binders, exhibits, hot seat) Paralegal certificate or qualification under CA B&P Code §6450 Experience drafting and formatting TOC/TOA and complex filings Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Preferred Complex litigation or high-exposure trial work Experience coordinating experts and managing large exhibit sets Familiarity with case management and e-discovery tools Additional Details Occasional travel for trial support Team meets in person ~2x per year Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for
