Job Description

Litigation Paralegal DTLA | Hybrid Schedule Our client, a highly respected and established plaintiff-side litigation firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to join a larger organization that offers long-term stability, strong internal support, career growth, and a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution
  • Draft and respond to discovery
  • Prepare court filings and litigation documents
  • Assist with trial preparation and trial binders
  • Conduct client intake meetings and maintain client communication
  • Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff throughout the litigation process
  • Support attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day litigation needs Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Plaintiff-side litigation experience required
  • Employment law and/or personal injury experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling discovery, discovery responses, filings, and trial preparation
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required Technology
  • Litify experience preferred
  • Westlaw experience preferred Compensation
  • $75,000 - $95,000 annually
