Filed April 2023 Jury trial set for August 7, 2026 at Michael Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse in
Lancaster, CA Scope of Work:
Immediate review of case materials Legal research and drafting of memos Preparation of timelines, motions in limine, trial exhibits, and trial binders In-person trial support during the trial week Close collaboration with lead counsel through final preparation
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on personal injury experience, with specific focus on trial preparation preferred Familiarity with California civil procedure and court rules Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Availability to start immediately and commit through trial This is a short-term hourly contract engagement.
