FAMILY LAW FIRM SEEKING PARALEGAL

We are looking for a paralegal with experience in family law, spanish fluency, and is passionate about helping clients obtain their goals. We are a small yet busy law firm located in the near west suburbs of Chicago. We have been serving the Chicago land area now for 5 years primarily in the area of family law. Our clients are primarily individuals who speak english as a second language or spanish entirely, so fluency in spanish is a must. The position of paralegal will consist of: communicating with clients receiving and sending mail/email collecting payments/retainers intake of new clients drafting and editing pleadings/court documents e-filing assisting staff/attorneys discovery review and preparation of discovery/financials updating and maintaining court calendar proficiency in word and outlook basic understanding of mycase software is a plus but not required We are looking to fill this position quickly so please respond with a cover letter and resume and we will contact you as soon as we can.
