Job Description

Join the dynamic and growing Radnor, PA office of Littleton Joyce Ughetta & Kelly LLP, a twenty-five lawyer law firm with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and California servicing a national and diverse complex litigation practice! We are in search of a paralegal to provide support to attorneys in our Radnor, PA office. Responsibilities include daily case handling, supporting trial teams, preparing for trial, conducting legal research, discovery and document production, and summarizing depositions. This position is in office but partial remote work may be possible.
Required Skills:
Team oriented and able to work in a multi-office, fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail, able to follow up, prioritize and follow through Quick learner, tech savvy, strong organizational, writing and communications skills Ability to handle competing deadlines Maintain a personable and professional attitude with clients and all levels of staff.
Duties:
  • Daily case handling
  • Organize trial exhibits and depositions
  • E-filing (state and federal)
  • Compiling briefs, exhibits, and drafting Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
  • Summarizing documents
  • Maintaining and organizing files
  • Working with opposing counsel, witnesses and experts
Qualifications :
Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have familiarity with civil trials, the litigation process, and motion practice. High proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm environment Candidates must be team players who are punctual, resourceful, organized, and enthusiastic to learn new skills.
