Job Description

Paralegal Wanted — Lazzari Legal, LLC Lander, WY | Part or Full Time | Hybrid Available Criminal defense firm seeks a paralegal who is motivated, seriously organized, and comfortable on the phone. We handle criminal, traffic, and civil rights cases across Wyoming's municipal, state, federal, and tribal courts. Fast pace, real stakes, substantive work from day one. Most of all, we are looking for someone who wants a career, not just a job, and is excited to grow with our budding practice.
You will:
field and make calls with clients, courts, and counsel; draft and proofread motions, discovery, and subpoenas; manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars; e-file across jurisdictions.
We want:
someone who runs toward the to do list, keeps nothing falling through the cracks, and never flinches at a ringing phone. Litigation or criminal defense experience and Wyoming court know how are a plus, not a dealbreaker.
