Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents. + Conduct title, zoning, and survey reviews, as well as other due diligence processes pertaining to property acquisition or leasing. + Prepare closing binders and ensure proper documentation for all completed transactions. + Handle communication with clients, vendors, and external counsel regarding legal aspects of real estate matters. + Research statutes, regulations, and case law as they pertain to commercial real estate issues. + Manage filing deadlines, compliance requirements, and document tracking to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a paralegal specifically handling commercial real estate matters. + Exceptional knowledge of legal terminology and processes related to real estate transactions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems. + Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced work environment. + Strong organizational and communication skills, with acute attention to detail. + Candidates must be local to the DC Metro area to qualify for this hybrid role.
