Job Description
Paralegal | Lynch Dallas Legal | Cedar Rapids, IA Join a collaborative, client-focused legal team—paired with flexibility and performance-based rewards. Lynch Dallas Legal is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys across transactional, litigation, and municipal practice areas. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of matters from start to finish, contributing directly to client outcomes and case progress. What You'll Do Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, wills, trusts, and correspondence Support real estate transactions, title work, and estate planning/probate matters Assist with litigation and discovery, including preparing exhibits and summarizing materials Manage cases and transactions from intake through completion with minimal supervision Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties to move matters forward efficiently Track deadlines, maintain files, and ensure organization across all assigned work What We're Looking For 2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in estate planning, probate, or real estate is strongly preferred Why Join Lynch Dallas Legal?
