Paralegal - Estate Planning

Looking for a flexible, fully remote legal role where you can own your work and make a real impact with clients? Woven Legal LLC is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support our growing, client-focused practice. This is not a back-office-only role-you'll be a key part of guiding clients through the entire estate planning process from intake to signing. This is a fully remote, part-time 1099 contractor position at 40 hours per month, with an hourly rate of $30. What You'll Do In this role, you will manage estate planning matters from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client.

Responsibilities include:

Drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, amendments) Reviewing client intake information and identifying missing details or planning issues Preparing and revising documents with strong attention to detail Leading draft review meetings with clients Coordinating and facilitating signing appointments Assisting clients with trust funding and follow-up Communicating regularly with clients to keep matters on track Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflows What We're Looking For Experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal (required) Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, and related documents Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Comfortable communicating directly with clients Experience with WealthCounsel and/or MyCase (preferred) Self-starter who takes initiative and approaches work with a solutions-oriented mindset Why Join Woven Legal LLC Fully remote position Flexible schedule totaling 40 hours per month Meaningful, client-centered work Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply If you're an experienced estate planning paralegal looking for a flexible remote role where your work truly matters, we'd love to connect.
