JOB DUTIES

Assisting with the filing and prosecution of U. S. patent applications Audit and manage portfolios to ensure patent applications comply with the patent prosecution process Assist with internal review and analyzation of documents Conduct research, monitor deadlines, draft responses to office actions, and provide general administrative support to attorneys

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of patent prosecution paralegal experience Long-term paralegal experience within a law firm setting
