Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Probate Litigation Paralegal to support an active probate and estate litigation practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling probate matters, contested estates, fiduciary disputes, and litigation support in Georgia probate courts. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with contested probate matters, including will contests, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary disputes Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and legal correspondence File documents through Odyssey eFileGA and manage court deadlines and hearing calendars Organize case files, exhibits, and litigation materials Assist with discovery, depositions, mediation, and hearing preparation Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Qualifications Minimum 5 years of probate or probate litigation paralegal experience Familiarity with Georgia probate courts and procedures Strong organizational, drafting, and case management skills Experience with Odyssey eFileGA preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines This is 100% remote Pay Schedule (DOE): up to $80,000 annually For consideration please send your resume All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
