- At least 2 years of defense-side civil litigation paralegal experience; plaintiff-side experience alone will not meet the requirement.
- Paralegal certificate or formal attestation required in accordance with applicable standards.
- Demonstrated ability to handle discovery tasks in civil litigation matters with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
- Working knowledge of trial preparation processes, including exhibit and witness list coordination.
- Experience using case management software to organize files, monitor activity, and maintain documentation.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting legal documents and summarizing case materials.
- Must reside in California and be available to report to the office in Mission Viejo, California if requested.
