This is a seat at the table. We are a fast-growing family law firm on a mission to help clients walk through some of the hardest moments of their lives—and come out stronger, more stable, and supported. We don't just process cases. We carry people through crisis with clarity, structure, and care. And right now, we need a seasoned Family Law Paralegal who can step in, take ownership, and help us scale. Compensation & Growth Salary:

Compensation:
$47,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Own You will work directly with attorneys and leadership, managing real cases—not just tasks. Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery (independently) Manage active caseloads (contested + uncontested matters) Organize and maintain case files with precision Communicate confidently with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Support trial prep and hearing logistics Appear at trial to assist attorneys Track billable time accurately and consistently Mentor and support junior team members Manage court calendar and client appointments
Qualifications:
What You Bring 4+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience (required) Ability to draft and file independently Exceptional organization + time management Strong communication skills (written + verbal) Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management tools Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal oversight Strong desire to help those in need A paralegal certificate (preferred but not required)
Strong Experience In:
Divorce (contested + uncontested)
Custody/visitation Adoption Experience Using:
