Senior Litigation Paralegal

Overview This is a 3 days per week Litigation Paralegal role, working for firm's senior partner, located on-site at our Virginia Beach, VA office (minimum two days in office, one day may be remote work). We are flexible as to the 3 specific days, and a home laptop or P..C. is a requisite assuming one day of remote work per week. The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support in personal injury cases by preparing legal documents, conducting document reviews, and assisting with pleadings and motions. Responsibilities include maintaining case files, managing deadlines, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Shapiro, Washburn, & Sharp is a small Virginia Beach-based personal injury law firm with additional offices across Hampton Roads and in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Duties Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Minimum of 5 years of prior law firm paralegal experience Experience with drafting and filing Pleadings and Motions Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients Familiarity with personal injury litigation is highly desirable Associate's or bachelor's degree or Paralegal Studies Certificate preferred

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
