San Francisco, CA Base Salary:

100K-$115K (35 hour work week)

Hybrid:

2 days per week in-office About the Opportunity We are working with a highly regarded, large international firm seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated defense-side practice handling complex commercial litigation and high-exposure disputes. This is a true senior-level role offering ownership, visibility with attorneys, and direct client interaction within a fast-paced, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume, complex caseload Oversee discovery including document review, organization, and production Build and maintain detailed case tracking (Excel) Monitor court dockets and proactively flag developments Communicate directly with clients regarding case status Assist with drafting and finalizing key litigation documentation Requirements 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense-side strongly preferred) Experience supporting complex litigation matters Strong Excel skills Familiarity with court systems and filings Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently Comfortable working directly with attorneys and clients Experience with document management or litigation support platforms is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (generally in the $100K-$115K range depending on experience), hybrid flexibility, strong work-life balance, comprehensive health coverage, retirement benefits from day one, generous PTO, paid parental leave, wellness stipend, and long-term growth within a stable, well-respected platform.
