This position offers a hybrid schedule of24 days working from home. Key Responsibilities Prepare, format, and electronically file legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions. Manage case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and digital case files. Serve as a remote liaison with clients and coordinate case communication and materials. Compile and organize discovery, exhibits, evidence, and motion-related documents. Support trial teams, settlements, and case closure, with limited onsite support as needed. Skills & Competencies Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting. Paralegal certificate or associate-level paralegal studies preferred. 7+ years of paralegal experience required; employment or labor law experience strongly preferred. Must live in California and be able to appear onsite as needed.

$100k - $120k depending on experience

Hours:

7.5-hour works days (37.5-hour week)
