Job Description

Brad Thomas Disability is seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Paralegal to help manage a growing case load. Knowledge and experience in Social Security Disability is absolutely necessary. We are a growing disability law firm with a staff of over 20 virtual legal assistants who all work together to manage our growing case load. We are in need of an experienced disability Paralegal who can help the staff with the more difficult or complicated client questions, issues, and processes. The right candidate for this job will know how to think critically and pay attention to detail, and will also show stability and poise under pressure when working with clients who are experiencing tremendous hardship.
Job responsibilities include:
Help handle difficult or anxious clients who may need additional reassurances Help research and answer complicated questions regarding the SSA Disability process Help draft letters that may have a more difficult subject matter and require more expertise Help the staff with any questions they may have so they can grow and develop in their position Provide any feedback or ideas to the Leadership team to help improve processes And any other various tasks or projects that may be needed by the Attorney •A Paralegal degree or certificate is not required. We simply require a candidate who has solid SSA Disability experience, a strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
