This role offers a strong mix of hands-on trademark work, client interaction, and long-term career growth within a collaborative, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage U.S. and international trademark filings , including applications, renewals, and maintenance Prepare and assist with USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associate filings Conduct trademark searches and draft search reports Support TTAB matters , including oppositions and cancellations Assist with copyright applications Coordinate and maintain trademark docketing systems and deadlines Prepare client communications, filings, and legal documentation Support due diligence efforts , including trademark portfolio review and chain of title analysis Collaborate closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams on active matters Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of trademark and copyright experience Strong knowledge of USPTO systems (TEAS, Trademark Center, Assignment Center) Experience with WIPO Madrid Protocol filings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Demonstrated career stability ; candidates with role changes should be able to clearly explain transitions Preferred Qualifications Experience in a law firm or professional services environment Familiarity with docketing systems (e.g., Foundation IP) Paralegal certificate and/or college degree Work Environment & Schedule Hybrid schedule: onsite full-time for the first 60 days, then 2 remote days/week (based on performance) Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Occasional overtime as needed Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $73,000 - $123,000 annually Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, education, and market factors
Bonus:
Eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus based on individual and firm performance
