Personal Injury & Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager -
Coventry, Rhode Island Summary :
Established personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our close-knit and collaborative team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and dependable. We value professionalism, teamwork, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior personal injury experience and be comfortable managing cases from intake through settlement/litigation support in a fast-paced but supportive office environment. The ideal candidate will also be proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with a small team.

Responsibilities Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution Communicate with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, and appointments Request, review, and organize medical records and bills Prepare demand, deposition, arbitration, and mediation packages Assist with settlement documentation Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and experts Maintain calendars, deadlines, and follow-up tasks Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization File documents with courts and maintain electronic and physical files Qualifications Prior personal injury paralegal experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Professional and compassionate demeanor with clients Attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF, and legal case management software (Clio) Salary & Benefits Firm retirement plan Health insurance negotiable Free parking Supportive and team-oriented work environment Salary based on experience
