Compensation:

$45,000-$60,000 base salary, depending on experience + Bonus opportunity every November based on performance and tenure ? +

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch) +

What You'll Be Doing + Manage high‑volume residential real estate files (10-15+ files per week; busy season volume is significant) + Prepare and review closing documents in compliance with South Carolina requirements + Read, analyze, and resolve title issues and commitments with strong attention to detail + Communicate daily with: + Front office and reception + Pre‑closers, closing assistants, and title department + Maintain ownership of your files from start to finish—anticipating issues and resolving them efficiently + Utilize modern closing technology, including: + Outlook & Microsoft Office + E‑signatures, wire platforms, and closing software (recent system transition) + Support days with multiple scheduled closings, sometimes all in one day, in a collaborative team environment Requirements ?
