Job Description

A coveted Plaintiffs personal injury law firm seeks a Paralegal with experience in SC Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law. (Defense paralegals are encouraged to apply)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of SC personal injury & workers' compensation case management experience. Litigation experience Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with case management software. Professional demeanor and appearance required. Solid work history (not a job hopper)
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent computer skills. Experience speaking with clients daily. Handle case load of 70+ personal injury/workers' compensation cases. Type legal correspondence. Collect medical records & bills (you have your own assistant to help) Drafting demand packages Set up IME's. Draft Briefs. Offers top competitive pay with excellent benefits package!
