Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Closer to join our team, specializing in closing transactions for properties in North and South Carolina. Reporting to the Location Managing Attorney, the Real Estate Closer will prepare closing packages, coordinate with all parties involved, and ensure a seamless process from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Run daily task reports to prioritize and manage workload. Coordinate real estate closings between buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. Prepare and finalize Closing Disclosures and closing packages for real estate loans. Verify payoffs, invoices, HOA information and required documents for loan closing and funding. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing questions from clients and agents. Disburse funds, set up wires, and prepare files for post-closing and recording. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and accurately. Perform additional duties as needed to support the closing process.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience:
2+ years of experience in real estate closings in North and South Carolina. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Qualia preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
