Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Paralegal to support our workers compensation legal team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish Conduct legal research and case preparation Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties in both languages Assist attorneys with filings, discovery, and trial preparation Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Qualifications:
Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Preferred (But Not Required): Experience in workers compensation Experience working with diverse client populations
