Job Description

An established law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain organized files for new and existing clients. Communicate with clients regarding case progress and scheduling. Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and mailing. Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings; handle state and federal e-filing. Prepare discovery requests and responses (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Subpoenas, etc.) for attorney review. Coordinate and schedule depositions, including preparation of notices and exhibits. Prepare medical summaries and case chronologies. Utilize AI tools to enhance legal research, drafting, and case management efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal (personal injury experience preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and caseloads. Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in legal technology and willingness to adopt AI-based tools and systems.
