Job Description

Position Overview:
Are you a highly organized Real Estate Paralegal looking to make a significant impact in the legal field? A well-established real estate company in Greenville, SC is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review transaction-related documents.
  • Coordinate and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure timelines and checklists stay on schedule.
  • Maintain organized legal and transactional files.
  • Serve as first point of contact for real estate transactions.
  • Assist in resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of paralegal experience supporting commercial real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, closing documents, and transaction processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
