Position Overview:
Are you a highly organized Real Estate Paralegal looking to make a significant impact in the legal field? A well-established real estate company in Greenville, SC is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive compensation based on experience.Responsibilities:
- Draft and review transaction-related documents.
- Coordinate and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timelines and checklists stay on schedule.
- Maintain organized legal and transactional files.
- Serve as first point of contact for real estate transactions.
- Assist in resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of paralegal experience supporting commercial real estate transactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of contracts, closing documents, and transaction processes.
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
