Job Description

Olivetti, McCray & Withrow, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our growing legal team. This role is essential to assisting attorneys with case preparation, document drafting, and client coordination while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. Position Summary The Paralegal performs a variety of substantive legal and administrative tasks, including drafting estate planning and probate documents, managing case files, conducting research, and communicating with clients and third parties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with the preparation, execution, and filing of legal documents Draft deeds, powers of attorney, health care directives, probate court forms, and related documents Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files Serve as liaison among attorneys, clients, courts, and third parties for scheduling and information sharing Conduct factual research using in-house files and external reference sources Compile information and prepare summaries, charts, and reports Create and maintain spreadsheets and document tracking systems Meet with clients to execute documents in a professional and courteous manner Support additional legal and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role Experience in probate, trust administration, or estate planning is a plus Cosmolex experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow established procedures and direction Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload Professional demeanor and positive, team-oriented attitude Bachelors Degree (Preferred); additional paralegal certification or training is a plus
