Portuguese Administrative/Secretary/ Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Maghzi Law Firm is seeking a motivated and reliable Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our team in our Brand New Myrtle Beach Office. No immigration law experience required — we will train you. This is an in-person position with opportunities for growth within the firm. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and team members. Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading. Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and basic computer literacy. Experience using multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and customer support protocols. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively. Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service delivery.
