The firm specializes in serving buyers and sellers of residential property, and it is in full growth mode! The roles are open in the following offices: Charleston, North Charleston, and Mount Pleasant, and they work fully onsite, Monday-Friday (8:30-5). This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant, busy, and collegial real estate law firm!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare final closing statements Check and verify legal documents related to each transaction Notarize documents and ensure all forms are correct Calculate adjustments and communicate that information to the parties involved in the sale

REQUIREMENTS

At least one year of experience handling real estate closings (REQUIRED) SoftPro experience is preferred

Pay:

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
