Job Description

We are committed to helping our clients recover outstanding debts while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support our team. As an Legal Administrative Assistant, your duties may include, but are not limited to: Managing and organizing physical and digital files related to debt collection cases Ability to represent Credit Collections Bureau in small claims lawsuits Assisting collection agents with administrative tasks, such as data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation Communicate effectively with the clerk's of courts in multiple counties Handling incoming and outgoing communications with consumers and the court system, process serves and sheriff's Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities E-filing collection lawsuits Assisting with the preparation of monthly, weekly, and daily reports for upper management Providing general administrative support to the collection department
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
