Job Description
Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a Legal Assistant for its South Dakota/North Dakota offices. Ideal candidates must have three or more years of civil litigation experience.
Qualifications:
Research case information, utilizing online and internal resources Gather supporting documents and evidence for attorney review and case preparation Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment Prepare and file legal documents (South Dakota/North Dakota Federal & State Courts) Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, docketing, e-filing and procedures Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills Proficient Microsoft Office 2016 computer skills Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Disability, Parental Leave and Life Insurance. The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
