  • Experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, technology firm, or a related industry
  • Knowledge of legal customs and practices
  • Experience working with legal documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications, including PDF files

  • Ability to handle diverse work requests from multiple sources, including complex assignments with tight deadlines

The individual will support legal operations by handling varied work requests, administering defined procedures, preparing reports, and assisting with legal document data extraction. The position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of legal practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound ethical judgment, maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, assess business risks responsibly, and help safeguard the firm's reputation, clients, and assets while working effectively under deadlines. Job Duties
  • Perform legal support related to legal operations, technology, budget/expenses, risk/controls, litigation/discovery/settlements, or administration.
  • Handle diverse work requests from multiple sources, including complex assignments with tight deadlines.
  • Administer defined procedures.
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports, with work reviewed by a more senior incumbent.
  • Extract data from legal documents.
  • Assess risk in business decisions while safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
  • Apply sound ethical judgment in personal behavior, conduct, and business practices.
  • Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency. #CT1
