Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Notary Signing Agent, where you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth and secure loan signings for clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine legal precision with exceptional customer service, ensuring that all notarizations are completed accurately and in compliance with state laws. As a Notary Signing Agent, you'll be the trusted professional guiding clients through the signing process, verifying identities, and executing legal documents with confidence and integrity. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help streamline the closing process, making a meaningful difference in clients' financial journeys. Duties Conduct loan signings at client locations or designated offices, ensuring all documents are signed correctly and completely Verify the identity of signers through proper identification methods in accordance with legal requirements Explain signing procedures clearly to clients, answering questions to facilitate understanding and comfort Ensure all notarizations are performed accurately, including acknowledgments, jurats, and oaths, adhering to state laws and regulations Review documents for completeness and correctness before submission or forwarding to relevant parties Maintain detailed records of each signing appointment, including notarization logs and client information Coordinate scheduling with clients and lenders to ensure timely completion of signings while managing multiple appointments efficiently Qualifications Valid notary commission in good standing with the ability to perform remote or mobile notarizations where applicable Strong analysis skills to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness Familiarity with legal research and understanding of notarization laws across different jurisdictions Prior administrative experience, preferably within legal or paralegal settings, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational prowess Excellent legal drafting skills for preparing or reviewing notarization statements and related documentation Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Experience with filing, recordkeeping, and maintaining confidential client information securely Exceptional writing skills for documentation accuracy and clear communication Strong organizational skills to manage multiple signings efficiently while adhering to deadlines Join us as a Notary Signing Agent and become an essential part of helping clients achieve their homeownership or refinancing goals!
